We are happy to announce that we have recently launched our new mobile app for Android - 'Healcon - For Doctors' . In order to install android app on your mobile , please use following google play store url :

You can also share this url with your staff who would like to use android app. Please note this android app will work for all clinics which have an active subscription .
1. Install : In order to install 'Healcon - For Doctors' android app , please visit following url :

Now click on green button 'Install' in the google playstore . Once installed, an orange plus icon will be added to your phone wall which can be used to open the app .
2. Login :
In order to login into 'Healcon - For Doctors' android app, you can use the same credentials ie same email-id and password which you use in order to login into the desktop or mobile site version of software.
3. Appointment :
Once you login to the app , you will land on the appointment screen . Administrators of the clinic can see all the appointment for all the doctors of the clinic while a visiting doctor can only see his own appointments only . You can tap on any row to see complete EMR of the patients, please note that 'Visiting Doctors' can view the EMR of only the patients added by him .
In the top blue header you can see important stats related to appointment for the day like : Total Appointments, Checkedin appointments, Missed appointments & Upcoming appointments . Also you can see daywise appointments in reverse chronological order along with time of appointment and appointment status .
4. Patient List :
By tapping on the 'Patients' tab in the bottom sticky bar , you can find the list of all the patients of the clinic . In the top sticky bar you can view important stats like - total count of patients in the clinic, count of patients added today , count of patients added in last 7 days & count of patients added in last 30 days.
Along with name of the patients you can also see patient id as well as last appointment date of the patient . Also in the you can see 'Payment Due' in red (if any) along with patient name . Please note that only administrators & receptionist can see all the patient lists in this section. Doctors with 'Visiting Doctor' privilege will not have access to this section .
5. Call Patients :
By tapping on the blue color 'PHONE ICON' on the right side against any patient, you can directly call the patient .
6. Patient Search :
In order to find the patient just start typing initials of the patient name and the patient list will automatically filter the patient name matching the search term . Once you see the patient row you were searching for in the list, you can tap on the name of the patient to view complete EMR of the patient .
7. Patient EMR :
On tapping the patient name , you will reach a new screen which will the 'Patient Info' where you can view daywise summary of records of this patient in reverse chronological order like Appointments, Treatment , Bill & Dues , Prescription etc .
8. Billing :
By tapping on the 'Billing' tab in the bottom sticky bar , you can find the list of all the bills of the clinic . Administrators of the clinic can see all the bills for all the doctors of the clinic while a visiting doctor can only see his own bills only . You can tap on any row to see complete EMR of the patients, please note that 'Visiting Doctors' can view the EMR of only the patients added by him .
In the top blue header you can see important stats related to bill for the day like : Total Bill Amount, Total Paid Amount (Collected) and Total Amount Due (billed but not paid) .
Below the top blue header you can see daywise bills in reverse chronological order along with Bill amount , Name of the patient , Treatment List , Doctor Name in each billing row in the left . Also in each billing row you can see Fully Paid (green) / Partially Paid (yellow) / Unpaid (red) icon on the right . Below the icon you will find Bill Id / Amount Due (if any in red ) on the right side of each billing record.
9. Clinic Switcher (Multi-Clinic Feature) : You can tap on the hamburger menu on the top left corner to find a way to change your clinic incase you have subscribed for multiple clinics. Just tap on the name of your clinic in the hamburger menu and it will open a pop-up which will show list of all the subscribed clinics, tap the clinic name to which you want to switch . Once switched , Appointment/Patient/Billing tabs in the app will show the records of the selected clinic . You ca switch between clinics at any point of time as required.
We hope this blog will help our esteemed doctors and their clinic staff in knowing about basic features of the android app and also will help them in keeping in touch with the clinic & patients on the move . Also we would like confirm that this is just a start and we will keep adding more critical/important features to our android app in future as well .
