B. Go to 'Appointments' from left menu (point-1 in screenshot blow), you will reach appointment calendar . Then click on any vacant slot on the calendar, this will open an 'Add New Appointment' modal (point-2 in the screenshot below). Now click '+New Patient' button in the modal (point-3 in the screenshot) . This will open a short form to add new patient as well as appointment in single form : 

C.  Go to patient search by clicking 'Search Patient' in the left menu (point-1 in the screenshot below) . Then on the top-right you will find '+Add Patient' button , click it to open add new patient form (point-2 in the screenshot below) :

D. Go to clinic emr by clicking on 'Clinic EMR' link in the left menu (point-1 in the screenshot below) . Next on the to-right you will find '+Add Patient' button , click it to open add new patient form (point-2 in the screenshot below) :

Adding new patient once you land on the 'Add New Patient' Form ? 

Once you land on the new patient entry form (we covered ways to reach new 'Patient Entry' form in the previous section of this article) , fill required details and click 'Add New Patient' button (only patient name is mandatory field in this form ) , this will add new patient in you clinic patient records and can be used later to perform other activities like 'appointment / treatment plan / clinical notes / prescription etc ' . ( Patient Entry form is shown in the screenshot below)

Incase you want to add patient and also immediately schedule an appointment for this patient then you can click on the 'Add New Patient and Book Appointment' button , this will add patient also open 'Add Appointment' modal so that you can carry on scheduling appointment for this new patient .
