Managing Subscription - Workflows | Healcon Practice Software For Doctors

• I am currently on free trial how can i buy 'Healcon Practice' paid subscription ? 
• I am subscribed to 'Professional Plan' but now i plan to add more clinics, how can i subscribe to enterprise plan ? 
• I am currently subscribed to monthly plan, how can i migrate to annual plan ?
• How can I manage payment methods ? 

I am currently on free trial how can i buy 'Healcon Practice' paid subscription ? 

If you are on free trial and you have already used our software and now you want to buy subscription then you dont need to wait and consume remaining free trial days instead you can goahead and buy your subscription, system will take care of billing automatically so that you dont loose out .

As shown in the screenshot below , please click on 'Subscription' button to buy start buying paid subscription for the software : 

Next you will land on 'My Subscription' page which will show you details about your existing subscription, here please click on the 'Purchase Now' button as shown in screenshot below .

Next you will land on 'Manage Subscription' page, here as shown in the screenshot below , you can select : 

4. Select Plan ( Professional for single clinic / Enterprise for multiple clinics )

5. Select No. Of Clinics (In case of Enterprise Plan , you can select no. of clinics )

6. Select billing cycle ie 'Monthly' / 'Annual' ( remember you can save 20-25% on annual billing)

7. Click 'Continue'

Next you will see a 'Confirm Order' popup, click on 'Pay Now' button as shown in the screenshot below to complete payment . 

Once payment is done successfully,  your new subscription will be visible in the 'My Subscription' page (you can reach here from left menu) .

I am subscribed to 'Professional Plan' but now i plan to add more clinics, how can i change my subscription to 'Enterprise Plan' ? 

As shown in the screenshot below , please click on 'Subscription' button to get started with process of changing subscription plan for the software : 

Next go to 'Manage Subscription' from left menu as shown in the screenshot below : 

In the 'Manage Subscription' page , please select 'Enterprise Plan' and then select the no. of clinics and billing cycle . Now click on the 'Continue' button as shown in the screenshot below to add payment details and purchase the plan  .

After successfully completing the payment you will be able to add more clinics by visiting 'My Subscription' --> 'Subscription Clinics'  and click on 'Add New Clinic' as shown in the screenshot below : 

I am currently subscribed to monthly plan, how can i migrate to annual plan ?

As shown in the screenshot below , please click on 'Subscription' button to get started with process of changing subscription plan for the software : 

Next go to 'Manage Subscription' from left menu as shown in the screenshot below : 

In the 'Manage Subscription' page , please select  billing cycle . Now add coupon code and then click on the 'Continue' button as shown in the screenshot below to add payment details and purchase the plan  .

IMP : Incase you been provided a discount coupon code for migration to annual billing then please ensure that the step-1 shown in screenshot above to 'Select Yearly Billing Cycle' should be done before proceeding otherwise your coupon code will be wasted and cannot be generated again .

How can I manage payment methods ? 

As shown in the screenshot below , please click on 'Subscription' button  : 

You will land on the 'My Subscription' page. Next please click on the 'Payment Method' tab as shown in the screenshot below .

Here, you will find options to manage your payment methods like :

• Add New Payment Method
• Change 'Default' Payment Method (if multiple payment methods are added)
• Delete Payment Method (All methods except 'default' one can be deleted)
